How do you promote and advertise my rental?
Our sister golf package company brings 25,000+ golfers to the Grand Strand every year, and many of them stay in golf villas and condos at River Oaks. On top of that, your property is listed on this site and on the major travel and owner direct sites, with professional photography and 3D tours.
How do you set nightly rates and rental policies?
Our revenue management team watches market trends and sets rates with dynamic pricing to make the most of demand. Rates reflect the villa size, layout and condition, and we set minimum stays around peak golf weeks and summer.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly. Owner statements are posted each month and rental income is paid by direct deposit.
River Oaks Golf Plantation has closed. Does that change the rental demand?
The course beside the resort closed in November 2025 and the land is being redeveloped. The villas and the resort amenities are unchanged, World Tour Golf Links is next door and fourteen public courses sit within ten miles, so stay and play groups still book River Oaks as their base, and the summer beach and Broadway at the Beach crowd is unaffected.
What will my guests get at River Oaks?
Guests enjoy the resort pools, tennis courts and on site parking, with World Tour Golf Links next door, Broadway at the Beach and the beach minutes away, and stay and play tee times booked together with the villa.
Can I receive an income estimate?
